O&M Site Supervisor (Pv)

We are looking for anO&M Site Supervisor (PV)to join a leading renewable energy generation multinational group. The ideal candidate is someone passionate about the renewable energy sector and is looking for a new professional growth!Functions & Responsibilities:Support the management of medium to large facility projects within the O&M department.Ensure that HSE requirements for O&M activities in operating facilities/assets are met.Manage a portfolio of PV plants ensuring that all O&M works are undertaken in accordance with the contractual scope, efficiently and effectively.Ensure works are organized to maximize performance and safe operation of the plants, work focused on the fulfillment of defined KPI's.Assist Asset Managers with other day-to-day O&M requirements and administrative activities.Review of working procedures. Maintenance strategy and asset performance optimizations.Attending follow-up meetings with outsourced asset management and O&M contractors in connection to the Maintenance Plan. Risks and opportunities assessment.Checking progress of the works for monthly instalments approval.Coordination/preparation of technical reports.Provide solutions, if required, from a technical and organizational point of view.Keep direct relations with suppliers, administrations, and any other stakeholders, at site level.Training & Experience Requirements (mandatory):Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.At least 3 years of experience as an O&M Site Supervisor.English (Intermediate – equivalent to B1-B2).Spanish (Native – equivalent to C2).Additional requirements (desired):Technical Certification/Training in the electrical, Solar O&M, or telecommunications fields.Exhaustive knowledge of full-service/LTSA O&M contracts from main O&M contractors and/or OEMs (main equipment manufacturers).Ability to read and evaluate O&M manuals and procedures, Maintenance Plans and reports.Ability to organize and coordinate multiple crews.Able to read and understand electrical prints and racking plans.Ability to identify proper electrical workmanship practices.Experience working with AC & DC electricity and grid intertie PV systems.Experience with 3-Phase electrical systems.Strong understanding of all aspects of solar PV design, installation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.Great time management, analytical and problem resolution capacity.Adaptability and availability to be based close to the projects.Please apply with anEnglish CV !#J-18808-Ljbffr
