O&M Bid Engineer (M/F) - (U-344)

We are listed on the regulated Euronext market in Paris since July 2014._Our Operation and Maintenance (O&M;) Business Line is looking for a O&M; Bid Engineer, who will have the following responsibilities:- Interact with a multi-disciplinary team (sales, engineering, field services and legal); - Challenge the technical and commercial inputs with support of existing benchmarks, experience,and industry standards; - Lead bids and proposalactivities from the issuance of the RFP (Request for Proposal) to project handover; - Present orally technical offers, review and authorize clarifications requests, and support the Bid and Sales Manager; - Manage internal stakeholder, support, inform and influence key players to achieve objectives; - Build costing model and budget by gathering inputs for technical team from multi-disciplinary contributors; - Support in the preparation of RFQ (Request for Quotation); - Supporting during contract negotiation; - Maintain and upholds the highest confidentiality level for sensitive information both internally and externally.**REQUIREMENTS**- Experience in the energy sector is a plus.- BS/ BA in Engineering or other relevant major; - At least 10 years working experience and 5 years in Tendering; - Proficiency in MS Office,MS Excel particularly; - English proficiency.**KEY SKILLS**- Ability to motivate and influence others; - Ability to build effective interpersonal relationships; - Be able to foster and contribute to a positive and productive team environment; - Creative and innovative; - Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in work style; - Able to embrace and participate in change initiatives; - Good organizational, analytical, verbal and writing skills.**COMPANY**Voltalia Spain**BUSINESS LINE**Operations Portugal**CONTRACT TYPE**Not defined yet**CONTRACT DURATION****LOCATION**Spain, Madrid**STARTING DATE**Nov 22
