About the role As an Account Manager with a creative agency background, you will be responsible for managing global client relationships, particularly across sectors with a strong focus on social media campaigns.
You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing projects that engage audiences and deliver results.
Key responsibilities Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Understand client needs and objectives, and ensure the agency delivers solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
Project Management Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing projects, with a big focus on social media campaigns.
Oversee end-to-end project management, including briefing, timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring seamless delivery.
Collaborate with creative, strategy and production teams to produce engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
Social Media Expertise Develop and execute social media strategies for clients, driving brand awareness, engagement, and performance across key platforms.
Keep abreast of the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media, ensuring clients remain at the forefront of digital innovation.
Work with influencers and content creators to amplify client campaigns and drive authentic engagement.
Communication and Presentation Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, internal teams and external partners, providing regular updates and progress reports and ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations.
Present creative concepts, strategies, and campaign results in a compelling manner.
Reporting & Performance Analysis Track and report on campaign performance, analyzing key metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
Use insights and data to make recommendations for optimizing future campaigns and driving continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Team Leadership Work closely with account directors, creative teams, and strategy to ensure campaigns are executed to a high standard.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior account team members, helping them grow and develop their skills.
