We are a flexible and fast adapting team currently working remotely most of the time using all kinds of communication tools.Mission and Responsibilities:Managing Customer Campaigns Plan: Establishing priorities looking for the best audience, timing, and channel.Working with other teams within the Business, DS, and Sales and Marketing departments to define target audiences and monitor results.Communicating the results to cross-functional team members using data visualization tools.Analyzing the results of different commercial actions and pushing ideas that have the capacity to optimize our business.Converting data into Business KPIs and insights for commercial initiatives.In conjunction with T&O; , analyzing data to verify the correct implementation of customer-related processes.Identifying and defining new opportunities to improve processes and commercial actions.Collecting and interpreting data from a range of sources in our AWS Data Lake to transform them into knowledge and business opportunities.To be successful in the role you must have:+2-3 years of experience in a similar role.University or master's degree in Business administration (ADE), Mathematics, Statistics or similar field.Solving problems and identifying business opportunities using data: analyzing the problem and breaking it down into various analytical components.Experience working in Marketing, Business Development or CRM departments.Experience with Adobe Campaign or a similar tool (Salesforce, etc.
