If you're passionate about renewable energy and excel at negotiating contracts, managing suppliers, and improving processes on a global scale, this opportunity is for you!Your ResponsibilitiesRFQ and Negotiations: Issue and manage Request for Quotations (RFQs), negotiate commercial terms (e.G., price, payment milestones, securities), and operational conditions for Civil and Electrical Construction Services (Balance of Plant Works).Supplier Management: Establish, evaluate, and develop a qualified supplier base, maintaining procurement records of quoted and purchased services.Strategic Purchasing: Develop and implement purchasing strategies, including cost estimations during project sales phases.Contract Management: Review, negotiate, and establish framework purchasing agreements with suppliers.Risk Mitigation: Identify and assess contractual risks, developing effective prevention and control strategies.Operational Efficiency: Handle multiple quotes and orders simultaneously, prioritizing based on schedule demands.Stakeholder Collaboration: Actively manage relationships with tender, sales, and construction teams, aligning purchasing goals with project targets.Process Improvement: Standardize and enhance procurement tools and processes across global markets.Reporting: Provide regular updates on achievements, challenges, and risks.Your ProfileEducation: Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering (Civil or Electrical).Experience: At least 3 years of experience in procurement and supplier negotiations, ideally in the Civil or Renewable Energy sector.Fluent EnglishDiscipline(s): Renewable Energy & Infrastructure, Energy ManagementJob type: Permanent#J-18808-Ljbffr
