Job Responsibilities: Responsible for MTA sales solutions that involve teaming with Account Managers in assigned territory.Assisting in estimating, submittals, and order entry.Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, advising corrective action, and communicating with customers and co-workers.Build consultative relationships and trust with engineering and contracting customers.Support engineers with applications.Understand market overall sales strategy.Responsible for keeping abreast of external market conditions and internal requirements related to portfolio.Identify product gaps, develop solutions to minimize the impact, and work with MTA Equipment Sales team to prioritize and eliminate gaps.Understand inefficiency within current workflow and processes to better service customers by improving processes between acquisition and fulfillment.Support field personnel by being the liaison to the office and improving processes for project handoff for execution.Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales is desirable.Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the industrial sector.Experience in the sale of equipment and services to the industry.High level of proactivity and goal-oriented.Advanced level of English.Knowledge of reporting structure and systems is desired (Oracle, Hyperion).Strong PC skills required: Microsoft Office (with Excel emphasis).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
