Come and join us to create the future together!Agile Coach Responsibilities:Exhibit the behaviours of a Lean-Agile Leader with a Lean-Agile Mind-set.Train, coach and mentor teams whilst implementing SAFe.Facilitate teams' progress toward team goals.Continuously engage in challenging the old norms of development to improve performance in quality, predictability, flow, and velocity.Lead team efforts in relentless improvement.Help the teams improve and take responsibility for their actions; facilitate retrospectives.Teach problem-solving techniques and help the team become better problem-solvers for themselves.Promote SAFe quality practices.Build high-performing teams focusing on ever-improving team dynamics and performance.What You Bring:Experience as an Agile Coach within large delivery organisations, with demonstrable experience leading teams on agile methodologies.Preferably certified Agile Coach/SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or similar; comfortable with servant leadership style.Leader with the ability to develop and communicate objectives, inspire, coach, and motivate the team.Ability to continue to monitor, learn, and implement best practices via the agile community.Knowledge and experience of working in agile frameworks (e.G., SAFe Agilist/SPC, Scrum, Kanban, Agile PM).Expert user of Microsoft tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.Experience with agile tools: Jira and Confluence desirable.Why Vodafone?At Vodafone, we are committed to diversity as an engine of change.
