Purpose of role Reporting to the CHRO Office Director, the HR Financial Controller is responsible for the budget management, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
This position is also responsible to provide the right data and configuration of the system for a successful implementation of the annual Rewards processes.
Responsibilities of role Responsible to coordinate the annual budgeting process for HR for the personnel cost and the non-personnel cost, by implementing all related activities: collection, consolidation and validation of information, reporting to Finance accomplishing with the deadlines, and coordination with IT when needed.
Provide guidelines to the HR functional Directors to create the annual budget for the department.
Monthly follow-up and analysis of the department budget, warns of possible deviations in order to prevent them and, in case they occur, proposes mitigating actions.
Responsible for making the annual report and the remuneration report.
Responsible to conduct all staff cost data related activities for a successful implementation of the Rewards processes: incentive plans and Merit review, from simulating the different scenarios and the cost associated, guaranteeing the accuracy of the data in the system and configuring the system for a right calculation.
