Position DescriptionThis role leads the franchise finance team, partnering and providing financial counsel to the commercial teams. Serving as financial advisor to Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations and Supply Chain partners. Leads teams in the creation of profitability analytics and analysis for all RFPs/tenders and proposals along with the business & sales planning, GP analysis, investment prioritization, product lifecycle management and decision support. It will require engaging business partners using data and analytics to influence and shape business decisions that support both short and long-term strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead team of three finance associates.Manage the day-to-day leadership and performance of the team, including providing feedback, identifying goals and objectives management, meeting overall group deadlines and professional development and coaching.Act as the Primary Finance Business Partner for the franchise and Sales and Marketing Vice President.Serve as a member of the franchise and finance Leadership Team.Coordinate, develop, review and analyze Franchise Annual Business Plan including quarterly updates, latest estimates and the annual Strategic Plan.Enable sustainable profitable growth for the organization by understanding the drivers of revenue, gross profit and marketing expenses and taking an active role working with the commercial team in the management of the expenses and revenue opportunities, including support and financial leadership for RFP submissions.
