As you will be part of the Growth & Business Development team in the process of finding the right corporations with whom we'll build the ventures of the future. As we share risks and profits in our ventures, we are not looking just for customers; we are looking for solid partnerships. As we are industry agnostic, the sky's the limit. This widens your range of potential corporations and gives you the freedom to search in any sector to uncover the best business opportunities.
As a Jr. Growth & Business Developer, you will:Be able to target corporations and make them hear us.Attend sales meetings and learn how to pitch Byld with the rest of the team.Attend events and talk to prospects to generate new business opportunities.Support the team in developing and feeding our ecosystem in different industries and verticals.Contribute by creating and executing lead acquisition strategies that drive us to a consolidated industries funnel automation.Introduce ideas/data/feedback in the proposals that you will generate closely with the G&BD team.Come up with creative ideas on how to create and close new partnerships.Work closely with our Marketing team helping to create and publish communication artifacts (such as articles, posts, and other media) on behalf of Byld regarding your expertise.What we are looking for...It's great if you have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field, but the most important characteristics are as follows:
You have a user-centric approach/mindset and business and service design experience.You have demonstrated experience finding business opportunities.Understand the corporate innovation world (stakeholders, motivations, needs, etc.).You have around 1-2 years of consultancy or agency experience (strategy or sales B2B).You are creative, extremely curious, and eager to learn.You are a fan of metrics and analytically driven data.You are able to communicate in a clear, solid, and transparent way.You are fluent in Spanish & English.You are detail-obsessed; you always nail everything you prepare.We will roll out the red carpet for you if (not a must):
