You will make an impact in the following way: You drive Belden pipeline growth and success rate through developing and delivering outcome-based solutions that utilize the capabilities of all Belden brands to customers managed by solutions sales colleagues.Work with digital automation consultants to technically translate process diagnostic insights into compelling solutions with demonstrable financial value impact.Construct value impact around business outcomes, building credibility and sponsorship by using account's terminology and KPIs.Collaborate with Customer Innovation Center support team in development/execution of POCs, FATs, and network audits.Create and support technology campaigns such as webinars, roadshows, trade fairs.Provide market insight to sales, product management and R&D; to support definition of customer and vertical market propositions.What you will bring: Education - Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering with a focus on IT or process automation.Work experience - 10+ years of experience in solution creation in an industrial or enterprise networking environment.Proven track record - Within a sales and/or service role in a market and industry relevant to the Belden organization.Communication skills - Ability to translate complex technical information into comprehensible conversation with a non-technical audience.Language skills - Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).Let's Write the Next 100 Years Together.
