If you enjoy working with people, you are articulate, and a great communicator, with a regulatory focus this could be the career move you have been looking for!What you will do:Manage all projects related to Regulatory operations, including input to requirements, UAT testing, roll out, documentation of process, and education of the wider business ensuring. Initial focus will be the Client Assets statement over its phased delivery.Undertake root cause analysis of all CAS breaks and drive a reduction in the number of recurring issues and resolution timescales through changes to existing processes and the education of all teams to ensure regulatory obligations are consistently met.Own the timely production of the quarterly Client Assets statements.Agree and implement best practice for error handling to ensure GS meets Regulator requirements.Lead and coordinate resolution on any ad-hoc regulatory issues as they arise ensuring learnings are documented and implemented.Assisting with MiFID II, FCA and FINRA (with Global Shares Financial Services (GSFS) principals) reporting, including ensuring GS is at all times compliant with evolving regulatory requirements.Working with Reconciliations team under CFO, day to day to support the resolution of all reconciliations issues and reporting of such, establish best practice
