You'll work closely with all our marketing team and especially our Marketing Analytics to ensure the best contribution to the company goals.What You Will DoWorking with multiple internal departments, you'll help to optimize and improve the strategy of all our marketing activities using your super data and analytical powers.
You'll play a key role in delivering on analyzing our marketing efforts and detecting other business opportunities to reallocate our efforts.Support the Marketing team to help them make daily data-driven decisions.
Closely collaborate with stakeholders from different marketing areas: align goals of analyses, propose and implement pragmatic solutions and communicate results.Deliver recommendations based on ad-hoc analysis: Conduct complex analyses (mainly using SQL) based on different data sources (e.G., BI backend data, web/app tracking data, marketing partner data) with a hands-on attitude to facilitate practical solutions.Build effective dashboards using our tools (e.G., Looker, Amplitude...) to guarantee easy and quick analysis on recurrent topics (funnel, users, competition...) inside the MKT team.Lead testing and experimentation framework: along with MKT stakeholders, ensuring recurring a/b tests for creatives, bidding strategies, and segmentation.Ensure 360º campaigns support: from SMART goals set up, pre-testing and post-campaign analysis.Document and communicate analysis and testing results proactively to stakeholders.Collaborate with other teams (Marketing analytics, Finance...) to improve and align our return on investment calculations and to provide the MKT perspective in any company-level analysis/project.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Marketing Communications, Digital/Online Marketing or other analytical degrees such as engineering/mathematics.Between 2 and 5 years of experience in an analytical role giving support to the marketing department.Previous experience preferably in App environments.Proven understanding of marketing concepts like conversion, optimization, attribution modeling, segmentation, media planning or customer lifetime value.Good level in extracting, analyzing, and visualizing quantitative data in automated ways, using Looker and/or Tableau, Excel, Google Sheets, SQL.Understand the marketing funnel from beginning to end, strengths and weaknesses of above-the-line and below-the-line campaigns and generate meaningful insights that drive conversion, retention and market penetration.Can judge when a topic requires 100% and when 20% is sufficient (Ability to prioritize and estimate the needed dedication, as well as...) to slice big projects into smaller pieces and make your work and progress transparent.You can easily connect and collaborate with a diverse set of people across levels and backgrounds.English proficiency is an asset, and Spanish would be a plus.Do note that all our jobs are Barcelona based.
