Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Talent Transformation Consultant, you will be part of the most exciting enterprise transformations from within. You will advise top clients on their HR transformation and talent strategy, design brand new employee experiences, reconfigure the way they operate, support them to move towards new working models and help them throughout their digital transition journeys, supported by IBM's top exponential technologies and digital ecosystems. You will research, ideate, co-create, prototype to implement disruptive ideas in an intellectually challenging, results-oriented, client-facing, dynamic and international environment, where everyone (junior or senior) is expected to actively contribute, innovate and take the lead. This role requires business support, management and project direction capabilities as you will be in charge of a 360º view of the initiative, you will support project solution design, project management, client interaction and SME contribution.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Min 5 years of consulting HR expertise or equivalent. Deep expertise in Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Change Management and/or HR Operations.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Master's degree in HR management. Languages required: English, Spanish.
