Summary We are looking for a Principal Technical Product Manager to drive the vision for our TTS solution.
Responsibilities include defining the roadmap for our world-class microservices-based SaaS offer, gathering feedback from customers and stakeholders, collaborating with architecture and infrastructure teams to continually advance the performance and expand regional support, and prioritizing work with our agile engineering teams who deliver and maintain the SaaS Services.
The role will report to Director Technical Product Management.
Principal Responsibilities Drive the Conversational Artificial Intelligence Platform vision and roadmap.
Empathize with stakeholder needs, turning those insights into a strategic plan to continuously improve the platform, maintain differentiation, and accelerate growth.
Own the technical requirements and prioritize work across multiple internal Business Units and external stakeholders to drive platform advancements.
Collaborate across business and technical teams to deliver bleeding-edge technology that is accessible to all.
Focus research investments in critical areas for performance at scale.
Define quantitative accuracy and performance goals for the underlying technology in the context of Conversational AI Services; this includes involvement in relevant benchmarking activities.
Investigate and understand market dynamics of competing technology solutions.
Work closely with R&D and innovation teams to explore new technologies (competitor, open source) and ideas to solve product issues and/or innovate.
Own and curate a healthy pipeline of ideas, problems, and solutions, as part of an innovative product team.
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering and/or Computer Science is essential.
Minimum Years of Work Experience: 5+ years.
Required Skills: Proven experience in a product management or architect role that involved leading technical teams that deliver world-class technologies.
An inherent drive for perfection and creativity, continuously finding ways to improve our stack.
Excellent communication skills; must be able to translate effectively across business and technical teams.
Full control of digital productivity tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Highly energetic and passionate about bringing new innovative technologies to market.
Ability to think out-of-the-box both technically and creatively to help solve challenging technical problems.
Preferred Skills: Experience with Cloud Native toolkits for optimizing microservice-based architectures (Kubernetes, Prometheus, Helm, Grafana, etc.).
Experience delivering SaaS Solutions.
Experience in JIRA, AHA, and Confluence.
Experience in Artificial Intelligence and/or Natural Language Processing, particularly natural language understanding, (situated) dialogue management, natural language generation, content planning, and/or Speech Recognition software.
Experience in Enterprise and/or Healthcare segments.
