You will be based in Barcelona as part of the S4G team, the Salesforce technology backbone of the Growth, Marketing & Sales practice within McKinsey. The Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice strives to help clients in both consumer and business-to-business environments on a wide variety of marketing and sales topics. As the Salesforce Delivery Manager, you will propose solutions that are adapted to the client's needs based on the SFDC ecosystem and complementary solutions. You will advise clients and fellow McKinsey colleagues on technical architecture solutions, including integrations, governor limits, and object modeling across the SFDC environment and other technical platforms. You will leverage other areas of the McKinsey Marketing & Sales team, including our Agile prototyping and transformation experts and digital design specialists, to provide a differentiating and distinctive service to our clients. You will also manage the delivery of a variety of projects to the highest standards, ensuring the support of your team and greater McKinsey and client network. Minimum Requirements: Relevant and professional work experience; accustomed to acting as the interface of business and technology CRM in an agile and fast-changing environment.7+ years' experience implementing Salesforce enterprise business applications.Presentations and effective communication on Cloud and Salesforce architectures with C-Level executives.Demonstrated experience in project management methodologies (agile and waterfall) adapted to CRM.Deep understanding of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial, among others).Knowledge of other CRM solutions.Strong ability to lead by example and demonstrate proficiency in both product and domain.Patient listener with the ability to clearly articulate your viewpoint to manage and deliver to customer expectations, even under pressure.
