Key Responsibilities: Manage and update an online diary (with admin team support).Conduct store visits: Take orders during visits and record them on the online ordering portal.Duties include: Product launches, stock merchandising (retail and professional), troubleshooting, product spotlights, and other value-adds.Uphold company SOPs and KPIs to manage and grow an existing client base.Skills and Competencies: Hard Skills: Computer Literacy: Software: Online ordering portal, Skynamo tracking system, OneDrive, Outlook, Excel.
Ability to take and process orders promptly, including after-hours if necessary.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills. Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines. Flexible communication skills across multiple platforms (WhatsApp, emails, calls, online diary). Quick learner, with the ability to follow SOPs.
Non-Negotiable Requirements: Experience: On-the-road sales experience is essential.Professional nail experience/training is advantageous but not required.Transport: Must own a reliable car with a valid driver's license. Must have insurance to cover a rental car in case of emergencies.Working Hours: First appointment: 8:30 AM. Last appointment: 4:45 PM, followed by a 15-minute voice call with the sales team. Minimum 5-8 client visits daily, pre-booked and scheduled for the next two months.Training: Participation in bi-monthly remote training (morning or evening sessions) is compulsory.Work Restrictions: No additional work commitments, including beauty salon work or studies for alternative careers, are permitted.Family Support: Must have support for children (where applicable) due to full-time working hours.Appearance: Must maintain a professional and presentable appearance (clothes, hair, makeup).
