Key ResponsibilitiesTake full managerial responsibility for a portfolio of German SME clients, focusing on portfolio growth and long-term retention strategies.Identify client needs and align products and services accordingly, selling value-driven components to enhance customer engagement.Proactively manage a strong pipeline, prioritizing and identifying opportunities to meet and exceed profitable growth targets.Continuously seek out new expansion opportunities, such as self-generated leads, client referrals, or related companies.Ensure premium value is delivered in alignment with client goals, fostering a positive customer experience and building customer loyalty.Understand clients' opportunities, risks, and challenges to maintain and grow strong relationships.Operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Essential Skills and ExperienceNative-level German and fluency in written and spoken English.Experience working in or with the German market.Self-motivated and results-driven, with a positive outlook and a focus on exceeding targets and goals.A creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities.Highly organized with strong planning skills, able to manage multiple clients at various stages of the sales process.Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members to optimize both individual and company performance.Exceptional communication skills in German and English, with the confidence to engage with senior executives and influence decision-makers.Quick to understand client needs, driving results and identifying new opportunities for business growth.Previous sales experience is a plus.Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.Ability to foster innovation and lead change.BenefitsCompetitive remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance.Full-time contract: 39 hours per week.Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 17:00; Friday from 08:30 to 16:00, including a 30-minute lunch break.Prime office location in Malaga.Referral bonus for bringing in new team members.Fully paid training covering the company and the project you will be involved in.
