Reporting to the VP, Colleague Market Partner (CMP), the Spanish CMP Director will be responsible for leading the core HR/ Colleague Experience Group (CEG) deliverables including:
Delivering a great colleague experience.Building the best talent and developing new ways of working to drive business outcomes in the rapidly growing Spanish market.You will deliver on the promise of our colleague value proposition for almost 1,000 Spanish-based colleagues by:
Directing the design and delivery of the Spanish HR/ Market Colleague Plan (MCP); and serving as a point of integration for Colleague Strategic Partners (CSPs), Centers of Excellence (COEs), and the broader HR/ CEG team to ensure the alignment and effective deployment of key initiatives.Collaborating with the Spanish Country Executive Team, senior business leaders, COEs, and CSPs to create an inclusive culture focused on total well-being.Creating a high-performing CMP team by curating innovative learning experiences and championing a culture of learning and feedback.Partnering with senior business leaders and COEs to build the employment brand in the Spain Market.Driving change initiatives with senior stakeholders to provide meaningful solutions aligned to the evolving needs of the Business and the growth of our colleagues.Interpreting and presenting HR/ CEG data to offer strategic insights on Market level issues including talent, development, and inclusion & diversity.Understanding the changing regulatory environment and its implications to the business.Aligned to the design and delivery of the Spanish HR/ Market Colleague Plan (MCP), core responsibilities may include:
Collaborating with the Global Inclusion & Diversity COE on market-specific strategies.Partnering with the Global Talent & Development COE to ensure appropriate development programs are deployed.Continuing to support internal and external colleague brand activation at the market level.Driving a proactive, data-driven trend identification and solutions approach to the deployment of key MCP initiatives.Supporting further activation and embedding of Leadership Behaviours at market level.Leading market activity support enterprise development activities.Partnering with Talent Acquisition to deliver transformation and manage change at a local level.This position requires broad international CEG experience and applicants will need to demonstrate strong leadership and an ability to manage multiple priorities, be data driven and have a drive for results.
