O2C Lead

Job Responsibilities Act as a lead and communicate effectively among business stakeholders, internal and external teams.
Match customer requirements in Order Management O2C (Order to Cash) and AR (Accounts Receivable) processes with product functionalities.
Understand business requirements, document them in standard formats, obtain business user approval, and integrate them seamlessly into the existing framework.
Familiarity with data models, feature definitions, and extensive screen and report definitions in the O2C space.
Plan and be responsible for quality testing, including user acceptance testing.
Experience with Business Process Modelling methodologies and practices.
Exposure to modern user interfaces and a flair for keeping abreast with technology.
Ability to learn new processes and domains.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
