About the roleSeqera is seeking a visionary Head of Infrastructure Engineering to lead our Infrastructure, Software Deployment, Release Management, Engineering Productivity, and Security initiatives.
In this critical role, you will ensure the seamless operation, scalability, and security of Seqera's platform and internal systems.
You will build and lead high-performing teams, drive operational excellence, and implement best practices for deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership: Build and lead the Infrastructure, Release Management, Engineering Productivity, and Security-focused organization by hiring, mentoring, and developing top talent.
Ensure the smooth operation of Seqera's SaaS and IaaS products in production, and establish operational excellence through observability, scalability, and incident management.
Oversee cloud and on-premises release processes, ensuring seamless and reliable software deployment.Drive technical solutions that improve system reliability, scalability, and performance, aligning operational excellence with company objectives.Strategic Execution: Define and execute a roadmap for infrastructure and technical operations that supports current and future business needs. Your contributions will directly support our mission to deliver reliable, secure solutions for research and healthcare customers.
