We are expanding the team! The Asset Management and Process Digitalisation department of the Innovation directorate leads the development and deployment of solutions that support the management of asset information across the lifecycle of the asset. We carry out from proof of concepts and pilots related to innovative technologies (Extended Reality, digital twins, simulation, etc.) to the deployment and support of scalable solutions across the different business units of Ferrovial. We are looking for a full-time Digital Assets Senior Project Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities:Leading innovation projects to demonstrate how different technological solutions can add value to different use cases across Ferrovial business units.Elaboration of time, resources and budget planning for the achievement of the different projects.Manage and supervise the work teams, both internal and suppliers, defining priorities and supervising the execution.Capture and analyze business processes and user requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.Managing the relationship with suppliers, both in RFI/RFP processes and project execution.Analysis and definition of business cases to demonstrate the value, business opportunity and justify the investment to carry out a project.Performing test plans and validation of different solutions and measuring business impacts.Input in the preparation of responses to tenders.Experience and competences:More than 5 years of experience as project manager in areas related to new technologies and innovation in the infrastructure and mobility sector.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Civil Engineering or similar.Experience and knowledge in the life cycle of an infrastructure (design, construction, operation and maintenance) and how digital solutions can improve the management of different processes and information.Knowledge of asset management and BIM methodologies.Experience in managing complex projects both with internal teams and with external partners ecosystem, working under pressure and demanding deadlines.Experience in managing multiple technology projects and managing budgets to achieve them.Ability to communicate and influence senior stakeholders.Ability to communicate and coordinate technical teams.High level of English, both spoken and written. Minimum level C1.Analytical profile, communicator and proactive.It will be positively valued:Knowledge in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma.Knowledge in international standards such as ISO 55001 and ISO 19650.Project management certifications (both agile and traditional methodologies) are a plus.Interest and motivation in exploring new technology trends.Why Ferrovial?We would like you to get to know us better, and what it means to join our team.
