Responsibilities:Provide front of house duties in the officeGreeting and assisting clients that walk-in the officeCompleting all administration tasks for the officeManage the salespersons diaryContact all inbound clients within a timely mannerProactively contact existing contactsKeep the window displays up to date in the officeEnsure all client information is up to date and accurate in our CRM systemGenerate viewing and valuation appointments for the local areaHave knowledge and interest in the local property marketUnderstand the local portfolio of properties directly listed with the businessRequirements:Fluency in English and Spanish.
