Role Overview:
The UX role requires working with accessibility, ensuring that design solutions are accessible to all users, regardless of functional ability. This means taking into account accessibility standards (such as WCAG) and integrating them into user flows and interfaces to create inclusive solutions.
Team Collaboration:
You will work closely with other UX designers and colleagues within the organization to ensure everyone is working towards the same goal. Good communication skills and a willingness to share knowledge and ideas are essential. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and content creators, to create an end-to-end solution that is visually appealing, technically sound, commercially feasible, and relevant.
Design Standards:
You will work within the framework of the client's established brand and design guidelines, ensuring that all design aligns with the company's visual identity and tone. This includes using a central design library, where design components and styles are collected and standardized across the organization.
Business Collaboration:
You will maintain and improve user experiences that support business and sales processes, designing flows that help users through the entire journey – from first interaction to closed deal – while ensuring business objectives are met. A good understanding of working, creating, and structuring work in Jira is a requirement.
Strategic UX Decisions:
You are expected to make strategic decisions based on user research, data, and business goals, influencing the long-term UX strategy and confidently recommending improvements to optimize customer experiences.
Tools:
You should have good experience working in Figma, creating structure and documentation that makes it easy for colleagues and stakeholders to understand your work.
