David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading BPO/outsourcing company that is seeking to onboard a Customer Service Agent in Barcelona.
The team the employee would join supports customers of a popular sneaker brand.
Position: Customer Service Agent
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Employment type: Full-time or Part-time (25 hours per week)
Work model: Hybrid - work from the office during training and 3 days per month after training
Remuneration: Base salary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Work alongside the Management Team to meet deadlines and achieve goals Live and breathe the company values; be a brand ambassador Become an expert on the sneaker brand Work in a fast-paced environment and showcase your multitasking skills Maintain a high level of attention to detail; be meticulous and vigilant Personalize the customer experience - find the right tone for each situation REQUIREMENTS: A fluent level of Dutch/Flemish with strong grammar and spelling skills High level of English (both spoken and written) Previous experience working in a customer-facing environment and a genuine passion for world-class customer service Fearless independence with the ability to think on your feet, there's no finish line to what's possible High energy, drive, and a friendly personality Resourcefulness and confidence to take the initiative in a fast-paced environment A strong teamwork ethic and a "can do" attitude It will be a plus if you practice sports (runners, football players, tennis players, hikers...)
