The Spain Sales Manager for ASP is directly responsible for the business results in the country.
It is a leader of potential future managers and senior contributors.
Responsibilities:Ongoing development and execution of strategic and tactical plans that drive procedure adoption, and product portfolio penetration and growth.Manage third parties in the country (agents and distributors).Coordinate, monitor, and manage proper business plans with team members to accomplish country business targets.Analyze key performance indicators and financial reports such as budget, commercial policy, price, net sales, and investment level, and suggest improvements.Establish partnerships with KOLs in medical societies, opinion leaders, clients, and enterprises.Develop strategies for uncovering market opportunities by establishing priorities and recommending a process for obtaining intelligence information.Relay relevant market information to management.Identify potential impact to business.Create proposals for expansion of customer base.Provide input to sales forecast for business planning.Prepare sales reports and documents as required.Collaborate with other departments to ensure a timely resolution.Develop and recommend specific sales plans and new product launches.Coordinate the management of product complaints. Requirements:University degree is required; MBA is highly considered.A minimum of 5 years of relevant business and team management experience.Native Spanish speaker.Medical Device or healthcare industry knowledge in the Healthcare environment is preferred.ASP product experience is an asset.Proficient computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM databases.Good spoken and written English skills.
