You will be joining an HR team that aims to deliver efficient and easy people processes, systems, policies and programs to support a positive employee experience.
You will provide a wide range of HR support, advice and administration to the EMEA region as well as global colleagues.

Responsibilities:Support the implementation of programs to improve the employee experienceProvide high-quality advice and service to management on all employee related issuesLead and execute the full employee life cycle including new hire onboarding, managing the exit process, benefits renewals and vendor management, performance management as well as documentation for the regionSupport manager and employee self-service in Workday our HRIS systemDevelop, recommend, and implement employee policies to ensure best practice and compliance regulations are met across the regionCoach and support Managers to drive change and employee engagement, including our employee surveyHelp support a culture of collaboration and fun across the teamsDrive our Corporate Social Responsibility agenda for the regionProvide HR support for other regions as required with employee life cycle activitiesPartner with HR (Global and COEs) to support implementation of key HR processes including compensation, talent management and leadership development Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent HR qualification3-plus years' experience in Human Resources preferably in a high tech environmentDemonstrable expertise in HR best practice, policies and proceduresSound judgment and dynamic problem-solving skillsCustomer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretionExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including fluency in EnglishMulti-territory (European) experience and knowledge an advantageHighly motivated with great attention to detailProficiency with Google Work Suite and HRIS (Workday preferred)A positive attitude is a must as well as emotional intelligence and willingness to learn
