Requirements
Who we're looking for
We're looking for a Content Manager to join our Southern Europe (SEU) team. Reporting to our General Manager of SEU and Head of Content, you will drive execution of Shares' content efforts across new and existing users to drive customer acquisition, engagement and awareness. Are you passionate about digital media, have a deep interest in financial and economic news and thrive at launching new projects to the moon? Do you see yourself as a doer, a strategist and a team leader altogether? Do you have thousands of disruptive ideas you would like to test and implement to grow Shares brand exposure, value proposition and set the brand apart? Then, no doubt, we want to hear from you!
What will I be doing?
Taking global content and adapting it to your market in terms of culture, product features and language
Creating bespoke local content (articles, videos, and more) and managing the local content calendar
Local keyword research & SEO strategy
Sourcing local freelancers as needed (translators, videographers etc)
In partnership with Senior Marketing Manager, crafting beautiful copy for growth digital ads & CRM campaigns, including editorial newsletters
Reporting on KPIs such as organic traffic, time on site, organic keywords, average position, backlinks, conversion rates
What do we need from you?
Fluent in Spanish, with full professional proficiency in English
4+ years of experience in copywriting/translations
Strong writing, editorial, and reviewing skills
Experience in translating & transcribing content in a similar field
Experience producing creative and engaging content yourself as well as briefing freelancers
Experience adhering to tone of voice guidelines and with brand-led strategic messaging
Experience writing for different audiences and knowledge on how to adapt your copy appropriately
Ability to report on content KPIs
Good knowledge of SEO (keyword research and SEO writing)
Good to Have
Past experiences in international environments
Passionate about Fintech and the Trade market
