Conoce más sobre el área: As a member of CIB Banking CoE (Center of Expertise), you will work with different product and business units within CIB helping them develop data-based products and generating data-driven decisions.
Key responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand needs and requirements.Identify necessary data and be responsible for data exploration, including data harmonization and preparation.Develop, maintain and optimize robust data pipelines that transform data into business insights using Python and PySpark in the ADA (AWS) platform.Design and implement analytic solutions based on statistical analysis and machine learning.Create reports with your findings, formulate recommendations, and effectively present your conclusions to analytic and non-analytic audiences.Collaborate with IT teams to convert analytical proof of concepts into productive modules.Maintain, monitor and evolve analytical solutions.Use your communication skills to share the results of your analyses.Training and collaboration of other less experienced team members.Minimum requirements:To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
3+ years experience in constructing analytic solutions to business problems.Degree/Master in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields.Enthusiasm for using data to solve business problems and an understanding of the algorithms, data processing methods and visualization techniques required.Good communication and presentation skills, storytelling based on data.Proactive and constructive attitude and team player.Create a good working environment.¡Atrévete a definir el futuro de la banca!
