We are looking for a driven professional with natural sales instincts to join our business development team in Spain. You will gain experience interacting with prospective clients of all levels and in a variety of industries. AB Tasty offers a fast-paced, innovative environment where you will be able to accelerate your career, grow your skills and explore new opportunities in the digital space. This is a high-energy, new business development role with a focus on finding potential clients across Spain and Italy. You will take part in AB Tasty's hyper-growth by helping us acquire new customers.
Contract & Location:Permanent full-time contractMadrid OfficeSmooth remote work policy (up to 3 days a week)What you will do:Partnering with the Sales team to help fill their sales pipelines and develop your skillsResearching and building new accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending personalised emails, cold calling)Creating and prioritising strategic target account listsQualifying and following up with new accounts by using our lead scoring systemGenerating new business opportunities to fuel AB Tasty's growthCreating a great first impression to our prospects by providing them with a world-class experience and thinking of innovative ways to approach themAchieving monthly quotas of qualified new business opportunitiesSupporting the Marketing team in organising events (trade fairs, workshops, networking events)What we look for:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceA minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales environmentHunter mentality: strong self-starter personality and ambition, you are not afraid of being tenacious and resilient and take initiativeExcellent communication skills in Spanish and English, Italian is a plusStrong interest in new technologies and desire to be in technology salesTeam playerComfortable with working in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentIf you don't meet 100% of these qualifications, tell us why you'd still be a great fit for this role in your application!
