Play a key role in ensuring project deliveries, customer and supplier quality.Your New Responsibilities: Developing and implementing quality standards.Developing and implementing quality control systems.Monitoring and analysing quality performance.Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues.Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes.Customer Quality: Monitor customer satisfaction and assure it at a top level.Assure complaint management including field (protect the customer first).Assure systematic use of problem-solving tools (RCA / QRQC).Assure that Lessons Learned are raised for each recurring complaint.Assure the APQP follow-up supervision for new projects.Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.Devise and review specifications for products or processes.Be representative of the client for quality, including for safety and regulatory characteristics if existing, according to the repartition of customers.Supplier Quality: Assure complaint management (protect the customer first).Assure incoming inspection.Assure the quality of the documentation.What You Need to Apply: At least 5 years work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role.BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant field.Additional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus.In-depth understanding of technical documentation.Familiarity with statistical analysis.Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Team spirit.Good analytical skills.Languages (level):#J-18808-Ljbffr
