To reinforce our Retail Sales Team, we are currently recruiting a Field Sales Manager to join their Spanish Sales Office in Las Rozas de Madrid.
Within the Sales Office Spain, you will be the main responsible for driving the sales growth and development of our brands through POS strategy, systems, and execution.
You will contribute to the development of our whole portfolio in POS, both Natural Foods and Biscuits & Bakeries.You will lead a team of 3 internal sales representatives and currently 10 people in the external field, analyzing and directing our next area to expand in Spain in terms of coverage.You will be in charge of our Perfect Store POS strategy long-term, collaborating with the Country Manager and Sales Manager.You will proactively create a nexus of union among the KAM, Category Manager, and Sales Rep. team, ensuring best-in-class execution in POS.You will lead quarterly live team meetings and monthly online meetings with Sales Representatives.You will improve dashboards and new reporting tools to enhance performance analysis for our sales representatives.You will benchmark the outsourcing supplier market and analyze if a change to another external agency is needed.You will conduct monthly meetings with every sales rep to analyze perfect store objectives and coach them for better performances.You will work with the external agency and sales reps to optimize routes for time management and quality of visits.You will develop formation plans for our sales reps to maximize their potential in POS.You will set up monthly priorities for our sales reps team, incorporating inputs from Marketing, Category, and KAM teams.You will create compelling selling stories ad-hoc per sales rep, in collaboration with Category and Marketing, to be effective and impactful with POS managers.You will be responsible for creating our Annual Field Force Action Plan. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor or Master Degree (Marketing, Commercial, Economics, Engineer).Experience with external outsourcing agencies is a plus.Experience as Category Manager / Trade-Marketing (In-Store) is a plus.Fluent in Spanish and English.Top leadership capacities, as this key position would manage a national team with plans for future expansion.Perfect Store Owner with capacity for continuous improvement, strategic thinking, and excellent execution of this methodology.Team player (KAM, Sales Rep, Category) with passion for building our brands.Solid knowledge of Excel automation (BI, Dynamic tables), Power BI, Reporting tools, and PowerPoint.Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and proactive in improving reporting tools.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Hands-on approach and willingness to go the extra mile to get things done.
