Come and join us to create the future together!Reporting to the Head of Enterprise, _VOIS, the role is responsible for leading a team of pre-sales commercial professionals with a global remit to plan and execute profitable and innovative business solutions for customers in support of all Vodafone Business Lines of Business including Fixed, UC, Mobile, IoT and Cloud and Security.The leader will provide input into the global commercial strategy. The leader will oversee delivery of commercial solutions for customer bids, with associated commercial and win strategies supporting a revenue stream of c €2.0bn in line with the group Delegation of Authority and governance. Roles within the team align closely with the sales teams to ensure deep understanding of the customer's business challenges to deliver growth for Vodafone Business.The Head of Commercial Operations has the following responsibilities:Lead a sales and customer focused commercial team to deliver profitable growth for VF Business, while proactively managing Vodafone's commercial risk.Coach, key decision maker and custodian of governance on deals.Leverage strong relationships at leadership levels across all VF Business functions, SLT, Opco's and Partners, to align stakeholders, influence outcomes, and deliver the best of Vodafone to our enterprise customer base.Lead a team (10-12) responsible for pre-sales commercial management activity whilst driving value creation across the lines of business through digital.What you bring:Proven Commercial and Finance acumen to profitably drive both established and new differentiated services in a competitive market.Experienced working on sales pursuits in either a commercial, sales or bid related role.Exceptional Commercial acumen applied to deliver superior results.Data driven with strong analytical and insight focus.Understand the competitive landscape of our markets, and of our customer base, and act as a credible advisor to CxO level.Proficient level of English.Why Vodafone?At Vodafone we are concerned about being a company committed to diversity as an engine of change.
