Job Description:IT / Technology - Madrid - Hybrid RemoteWorkload: 100%What you will do:You provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.You are responsible for identifying and resolving technical issues for M365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.You are in close collaboration and direct communication with our partner Microsoft.You understand the business-specific requirements and build (configuration, development, testing) state-of-the-art technical solutions based upon specifications.You provide support to the end-user including answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems.What you bring and who you are:You have a University degree in business administration or business informatics.You bring more than 4 years of experience in deploying, managing, and supporting Microsoft 365 services (including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams).You have strong technical skills in related technologies such as Active Directory and PowerShell.You are a creative person with a flair for new and creative ideas.Your 'hands-on' attitude and user-centric mindset round off your profile.You are fluent in English.About the team:Group IT is part of the COO area within Axpo with colleagues based in various locations within Switzerland and abroad.
