The job is based in our office in Barcelona.You will:Work with sales and cs team to roll out a new SaaS product for clinics.Meet customers both during acquisition and implementation stage.Manage multiple stakeholders like clinic managers, clinic staff, IT teams, product teams or other third parties.Examine how the features of our software fit into the existing workflows of the clinic and make sure the clinic uses our software always in their workflows.Explore frameworks that show stakeholders how Docplanner's solution positively impacts the clinic operation.Arrange trainings and other necessary activities for the customer to guarantee the user engagement and proper usage of the software.Engage with CEO and Senior Management Team to consult on product/process changes.Constantly challenge current approaches to find better solutions.RequisitosSo if you:Are experienced in Project Management and Business Development either as a manager or as an individual contributor preferably in consultancy sector,are excellent in analyzing and synthesizing sales and cs operations data to provide actionable recommendations; leverages analytical models and frameworks to recommend actions,know what it takes to be a successful consultant to external customers, but also be "hands on" and work with different stakeholders (secretaries, managers, etc.
