Flexibility and productivity are embraced in our dynamic workplace because we focus on people centricity in enhancing the overall employee experience.-**Your Responsibilities**- Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality,from order placement to invoicing- Contact person and advisor for the entire team, preparing specifications and proposing solutions- Preparation of reports and evaluations, responsibility for timely, regular project controlling- Analysis of monthly controlling reports of all ongoing and planned projects as well as initialisation of appropriate measures in case of deviations- Willingness to take on (partial) projects independently- Ensuring that existing project standards and tools are applied and supporting their further development- Responsibility for the preparation of documents for status meetings, project/programme steering meetings, management reports, as well as internal communication (e.G. intranet,newsletter)**Your profile**:- A successfully completed university degree or completed vocational training with a focus on project management in the commercial or technical field- Relevant professional experience in project management and ideally knowledge of project management methods (e.G.: PRINCE2, IPMA, PMI, SCRUM)- Knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Jira or MS Office Suite
