Job DescriptionRef: 3 1We are looking for Clinical Charge Nurses for a private Hospital in Kuwait, for positions in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGY), IVF, Labor & Delivery, and Operating Theaters (OT).Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, at least 5 years of post-graduation experience, and Middle East experience is preferred.Available PositionsClinical Charge Midwife / Nurse Labor & Delivery (L&D): Oversees nursing / midwifery staff in the Labor & Delivery unit, ensuring safe and effective care during childbirth, managing complex cases, and coordinating with obstetricians.Clinical Charge Nurse Coronary Care Unit (CCU): Supervises care in the CCU for patients with severe cardiac issues, ensuring that nurses provide high-quality, critical care for heart-related conditions.Clinical Charge Nurse Intensive Care Unit (ICU): Manages nursing staff in the ICU, caring for critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring and support, often with life-threatening conditions.Clinical Charge Nurse Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU): Responsible for overseeing nurses who provide specialized care for premature or critically ill newborns, coordinating with pediatricians and ensuring adherence to protocols.Clinical Charge Nurse Emergency Department (ED): Supervises emergency room nurses, ensuring rapid and accurate triage, treatment, and management of acute and critical conditions.Clinical Charge Nurse Inpatient Department (IPD): Manages nursing staff providing care to hospitalized patients in various departments, ensuring effective coordination, patient safety, and discharge planning.Requirements4-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years of experience in a senior or supervisory role, such as charge nurse or nursing supervisor.Experience in the specific department or unit you're applying for (e.G., Labor & Delivery, ICU, CCU, etc.).Registered with the Ministry of Health (MOH).BenefitsPermanent contract.48 hours per week, with a standard 8-hour workday, 1 day off per week.Health Insurance.Flight ticket.Gross monthly salary of €4,650 to €7,440.30 days holidays per year.Singles accommodation provided.Work uniform provided.Free training provided.Help is offered for processing a work visa.#J-18808-Ljbffr
