The Health Coach will contribute to the operations of the Preventive Care, Health and Wellness Programs (collectively "Health Promotion Programs") designed by Teladoc Health and provided to client companies to promote patient health and wellbeing through telematic means, following the client's guidelines and acting in accordance with the excellence standards set by Teladoc Health International.

Role and Responsibilities Receive and make calls to/from users of the health promotion programs. Resolve questions related to the purpose of the program. Counsel users to assess their overall health and jointly determine short- and medium-term goals. Help clients develop strategies for achieving goals and enabling them to self-manage their health and achieve desired outcomes. Collaborate and facilitate appointments with other care providers (such as Nutritionists, Physiotherapists, general practitioners or mental health coaches) to ensure that strategies align with overall treatment plans. Conduct follow-ups after consultations or when inquiries require it. Record all patient interactions in the internal CRM systems. Follow and stay up to date with internal management protocols, specific agreements made with companies, and policies to comply with Teladoc Health International's ethics. Skill Requirements/Preferences More than 5 years of overall clinical experience and recent demonstrable experience in health/wellness coach role. Additionally, any certifications as health coach or integrative medicine are required. Experience in providing healthcare through telematic means. Essential: Native or high level of English. Recommended: Other languages such as Spanish and French.
