We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Instock Manager, responsible for delighting our customers by ensuring Amazon has the right product quantities, in the right places, at the right time. You will work continuously to optimize the end-to-end supply chain and improve Instock metrics by partnering with Category and Operations teams, as well as externally with Vendors. You will also work cross-functionally across the organization and with Amazon central teams worldwide to drive system and process automation that is sustainable and scalable. The position can be based anywhere in the EU (London, Luxembourg, Milan, Munich, Madrid preferred).
Key Job Responsibilities: Optimize product availability for categories under responsibility through effective end-to-end management of the supply chain.Leverage data to drive analysis and decision-making and deliver improvements in key supply chain metrics such as overstock/unhealthy, lead times, placement, and speed.Identify and develop scalable solutions to key operational challenges, both internal and external with Vendors.Own and manage multiple projects, working across global teams to improve EU CPB's supply chain/operations - from development through to delivery.Partner with Category teams to contribute to the development of the long-term strategy for category selection and inventory management.Background in Consumer Goods and Retail.Data analytical skills with SQL/Python are a strong plus.
