What you bring: The Agile Project Manager (APM) is responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating agile teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering agile initiatives that provide exceptional business value to users.
The APM is responsible for managing multiple concurrent high visibility workstreams/initiatives using a mixture of waterfall and agile methods in a fast-paced environment that crosses multiple business divisions.
Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience of successful project delivery of telecommunications/IT product development in both traditional and Agile delivery frameworks.
Experience of creating and presenting progress reports to Agile programme managers and senior business managers, with capability of influencing at F/E band level.
Experience of issue resolution and complex dependency management in a matrix environment with external stakeholders.
Knowledge of working with scrum, Kanban, Agile DSDM, Scaled Agile frameworks.
Must have technical / professional qualifications: Prince 2 or equivalent
Leading SAFe or equivalent
Degree educated
