Job Description As the Talent Acquisition Director, you will be supporting our growth by planning, developing, and implementing effective recruitment strategies, as well as managing the TA team, refining and establishing processes, and delivering great hiring results for the business. You will be a natural leader and have a strong commitment to the collective and individual success of your team - you will be managing, coaching, empowering, and developing a high-performing team of 4 recruiters and 1 intern.
You will add structure and process to guide the team in the right direction, driving performance metrics, ensuring we stay proactive and ahead of our competitors and industry trends, as well as providing an exceptional experience for our candidates, clients, and colleagues. You will have a holistic view of the recruitment process and ensure that through pipelining and anticipation of the workforce plan, the TA team will be quick to respond to the pulse of the business.
Importantly, you will manage your own pipelines, proactively finding talent and guiding your candidates throughout all stages of the interview process. As a trusted talent advisor, you will provide consultative support to leaders, partnering with the Talent Business Partners, to create a culture of accountability within the team to anticipate and address client, candidates, and/or group needs, as well as promoting internal mobility.
You will be part of a collaborative group of Talent professionals, Global and Local, working in a positive team environment, managing and supporting multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, often with varying difficulty and with differing levels of priority.
QualificationsA minimum of 6 years of hands-on recruitment experience and the aim to develop professionally in the Talent Acquisition area.A track record of at least 5 years building and/or managing/coaching Talent Acquisition teams.Experience recruiting in media, digital, technology, advertising, marketing, professional services, or other agency style environments.The ability to determine different recruitment strategies in response to market conditions, volume, and other hiring obstacles.Demonstrated experience in leading and directing other Talent Acquisition Partners through informed recruitment strategy, team size 2-6.Ability to deal with difficult situations and support the team when the pressure's on leading by example.A strong solutions focus and comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables.A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent education.Fluency in Spanish (native or C1 level).We think you are awesome if you:
