We are now looking for a technical Business Analyst for Customer Support.
The Customer Support area has been transformative during the pandemic, evolving from a supporting department to a key differentiator against the competition.
We have developed features that revolutionized the way people manage their bookings and made traveling more flexible from a consumer point of view.
Key Responsibilities:Responsible for execution of key analysis, being the data entry point for the business team and taking ownership of the different data sources from the business side.Understand the business needs, gather the data, and present the key insights.Contribute to the Customer Support strategic roadmap with numbers.Own P&L metrics, identifying drivers of over and underperformance in the customer service area and providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.Elaborate business cases to support strategic product decisions, e.g., training more agents or developing new features.Create dashboards and tracking using internal Business Intelligence tools to monitor business KPIs.Work with data engineering and data science teams to leverage internal data.Participate in the delivery of key internal projects, supporting from the business side to ensure effective delivery of desired outcomes. Desired Skills and Experience:Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, etc.
).2-4 years of experience in a role with a strong analytical component.Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases and large data sets; Python programming skills and experience with Google Data Studio, Power BI will be highly valued.Advanced Office skills and strong experience with analytical tools, ideally with the Google toolset (spreadsheets, Google docs, etc.
).Strong analytical skills, fast learner, with high attention to detail and focused on results and productivity.A self-starter and team player who enjoys having fun!Business proficiency in English.
