You'll play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the intricacies of the Kraken Operating Model, building their understanding, leading workstreams whilst embedding skills and empowering them to operate effectively.Responsibilities:Kraken Ambassador: Champion the Kraken model and convince clients that it's the best way to run their business.Recruitment: Identify the best talent with a lens on reducing bias and championing diversity.Coaching & Mentoring: Thrive in a 1:1 setting working on development of senior client leaders and your team members.Leadership Development: Be involved in high-level group programs focusing on Influential Management, Assertive Communication and Principled Decision-making.What You'll Need to Have:Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).Extensive experience in the Utilities industry (preferably in Spain).Able to be based in Oviedo and have the necessary visa/right to work in Spain.Strong experience of leading aspects of operational transformation programmes, ideally in utilities.Proven experience presenting to senior stakeholders with confidence.A flair for influencing and natural ability to #J-18808-Ljbffr
