Your primary responsibilities will include:Developing and evolving our Gen AI Platform: You will join the ongoing development and enhancement of our Gen AI platform.This includes evaluating and fine-tuning foundational models and RAG systems, defining agentic experts, facilitating their composability, and refining end-to-end evaluation frameworks for all the use cases outlined above (AI Assistant, report generation, and interpretability).Technical SkillsTech stack: Python, Linux, AWS, HuggingFace, LangChain, PyTorch, REST APIs, GitLab CI/CD, GPUs, Pandas, SQLUnderstanding of neural NLP models: transformers, encoders, decoders, encoder-decoders, embeddings, RAG techniquesModel lifecycle: data preparation, training, evaluation, monitoringExperience with deploying models (batch, online)Ability to architect complex systems and design robust interfacesSoft SkillsAbility to synthesize technical information and strong communication skillsAppreciation of complete end-to-end process from datapoint to user experienceStaying current with the latest developments in NLP, ML, AICan work autonomously towards high-level goalsExcellent oral and written English communication skills (Minimum C1 level-proficient user)Highly motivated, independent and deeply passionate about sustainability and impact
