.Based in Seville, Spain, the Technical Sales Support Specialist is responsible for providing sales support to customers and partners in the EMEA region as well as the sales team located both in Spain and in Vermont, USA (headquarters).
The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for building professional proposals for NRG Systems customers and partners in EMEA in coordination with various members of the global sales team.
This includes entering orders into the CRM and ERP Systems, tracking orders until delivery to the end destination, and ensuring total customer satisfaction.
There will be interaction with project management, operations, technical support, and engineering as part of the order coordination process.
As a member of the Sales Department, the Technical Sales Support Specialist will report directly to the Global Sales Support Manager, based in the USA, and work closely with the sales team in Spain.
Key Responsibilities: Build technical and commercial technical proposals in a professional manner.
Work closely with the Global Sales Support Coordinator supporting Territory Managers and Sales Account Managers in EMEA.
Build and track opportunities, quotations, and order confirmations.
Work with the Product Management team to ensure profitability of products and proposals.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Logistics to ensure successful order deliveries.
Track invoicing and payments.
Support forecasts, reports, and other internal tasks.
Understand final sales proposals and translate them into orders.
Follow up on projects at all levels: engineering, supply, manufacturing, logistics, finance, etc.
Adapt order confirmations to engineering works and project needs.
Develop custom-made solutions in coordination with the product management team.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Customers, and Partners on installation/services costs and third-party supplies.
Manage logistics of NRG Solutions to site.
Oversee installation of SRM Systems by subcontractors.
Provide technical support to installation partners and customers.
Support coordinating international RFQs and tenders.
Implement and follow sales procedures in coordination with the Sales and Sales support team in the USA.
Support Global Key Account efforts in coordination with different Territory and Account managers.
Support after-sales processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collect market feedback/intelligence and coordinate potential actions and product improvements with sales and product management teams.
Travel occasionally to assist with customer introductions and to support the sales team at conferences, seminars, and tradeshows to reach potential customers.
Work closely with the Sales Team to plan and implement business initiatives, procedures, guidelines, and policies that promote and drive sales for the company
