We are seeking a driven leader with strong management and technical accounting skills who will report to the Chief Financial Officer and be responsible for managing our European accounting, finance, tax, billing, collections, sales admin, and A/P functions.What You'll DoTeam Responsibilities:Build and continuously develop a high performing European finance team, providing leadership and support. Lead and manage the team by setting clear expectations, responsibilities, and performance goals, ensuring GAAP compliance with all financial transactions, policies, and procedures.Business Partnering Responsibilities:Own, report, and deliver the EBITDA of the business in alignment with the European management team. Provide recommendations on critical business decisions based on financial analysis; identify areas of high risk and discuss suggested changes with the executive team. Partner with the European Management team on delivering a comprehensive Employees compensation strategy and cost modelling.Tactical Responsibilities:Review, define and enforce best practice accounting policies and procedures for the division. Manage the annual budgeting process, FP&A responsibilities, organisational cash flow and forecasting. Prepare financial forecasts and review with key senior managers; monthly board reporting and ad-hoc reports as necessary.
