Unlock your potential by mastering new skills and achieving challenging goals with our People First management approach.What you will do:Working closely with Client's sales and the field marketing teamManage inbound leads from web forms, bots, and events or work on outbound prospecting via calls and emails making full use of the tech stack within key accounts to set up qualified appointments using MEDDPICC methodologyAchieve or exceed goals agreed by both Parties in writing for monthly sales approved opportunities/sales qualified opportunities, monthly deals in forecast, and annual revenue targetsBuild strong relationships with the sales representatives and pre-sales engineers to help qualify and nurture opportunities to ensure higher win rateMeet weekly with the sales representatives to plan account goals and align outbound prospecting activitiesParticipate in quarterly regional sales meetings to discuss company updates, and business and sales reviewsProactively continue to learn competitive products and increase market knowledge via website, on-line webinars, and publicly available informationWhat you need to succeed in this role:Excellent German and English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)2-3 years of experience in Business Development and SalesProven experience with the MEDDPICC methodologyFamiliarity with sales systems such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and Sales NavigatorTo be a self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideasPersonal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)Will be a great plus:- Experience in the IT industryBenefits and Perks:Fixed schedule, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, CETOpportunity to work fully remotelyInclusive international environmentCompensation in USDGood bonuses for referring friendsPaid intensive training and probationWork-life balanceResponsive management interested in your growth and long-lasting cooperationGreenhouse conditions for self-developmentWho we are:SupportYourApp is a Support-as-a-Service company that provides secure technical, customer support, and CX services for tech companies around the globe.
