Role Purpose
- Manage current Consumer Lines programmes (A&H, IPL & Travel) to maximize the portfolio value and maximize customer revenue as well as retention.
- Support implementation of new programmes by collaborating with UW, Claims, Ops, Delivery Management & BDM.
- Work closely with Senior Account Manager to ensure that Partnerships are contributing to the overall Iberia performance and strategy. Responsible for the management of the portfolio and relationship with the new partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with Chubb.
- Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from Partnerships (meeting Growth, Product enhancement Plan and Renewal Goals).
- Manage all internal processes: legal, claim, underwriting, operations, IT, to manage portfolio and implement new partnerships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key Partners, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Responsible for the management of sales, premium booking, and profitability. Negotiate contract renewals and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and key clients.
- Control Marketing Campaign, analyzing MK campaign results according to our MK assumptions (Volumes & Performance KPIs) and create plans for growth and improvement.
- Support and actively work with BDM and Delivery Management in the implementation process for new Partnerships.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years (at least 3) in the Insurance industry preferably from Travel, Affinity, and IPL.
- Advanced in English (C1)
- University graduate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
