Santander is proud of being an organization where there are equal opportunities regardless of age, gender, disability, civil status, race, religion or sexual orientation.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAnalyzes Marketing Data; develops and optimizes marketing functions that promote a company's business, brand, products, and services.Develop analytical processes to effectively link marketing strategies to business impact.Translate data ambiguity into insights that drive impact.Unify sales and marketing data to create a holistic vision of the customer.Support Lifetime value calculations to help improve ROI.Lead efforts for senior management dashboard creation.WHAT DO WE NEEDBasic Requirements:Min year experience in a similar role for a multinational corporation.Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).Fluency in English / Spanish.Ability to collaborate successfully with internal teams and multiple senior stakeholders to deliver results.Hands-on experience working with large data-sets for reporting/dashboarding.Experience with Analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Content Square, Adobe stack, or similar technologies.Advanced Requirements:Experience with Azure/AWS and Databricks for database management.Fluency in Portuguese/Polish.Experience with marketing/sales campaigns.#J-18808-Ljbffr
