The roleThe NPPE Consumer Journey Expert will be responsible for ensuring that our consumers have a positive and seamless experience throughout their journey within the Pet Care ecosystem.
What you'll doPersonalized Consumer journeys: Drive the Category Consumer Data plans to best support data acquisition and enhancing the overall consumer journeys for the Pet Care category. Lead, integrate and deliver scalable personalized consumer experiences across all digital consumer touchpoints in the consumer journey.Consumer Data Partnership: Lead Consumer journey Data Partnerships projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.Cross-functional Project Management: Drive alignment on Data projects and develop structured project plans. Be responsible for day-to-day program management with clear mapping of interdependencies and alignment with internal and external stakeholders.Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor consumer experience KPIs and metrics, such as customer lifetime value, retention rate, churn rate, in collaboration with Data Hub teams. Analyze and report the impact and effectiveness of Consumer experience programs – provide insights and recommendations for improvement.Inspiration: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Consumer journeys optimization and monetization.
